2. Call to obtain a RMA Destruction Confirmation Number and Specific Shipping Recommendations
3. Schedule a pick-up or pack your materials and ship to us using a freight carrier, such as FEDEX or UPS that provides a tracking number for your materials.

Upon receipt, we will audit your material and process it using our ISO 9002 Digital Media Audit Procedures which includes transfer of liability resulting from loss of information. Upon completion, you will receive a Certificate of Destruction that confirms your sensitive information has been safely, securely, and permanently destroyed!
